Display set title, description and help on the Address lookup element

The title, description and help can be set on the address lookup component, either directly, or more likely, in the UK Address Lookup composite.

The element however does not display these, which are attached to the container.

Moving them to the textfield used for the lookup itself will make these display.

I'll make some screenshots to help. MR on its way already though.
