Make filtering options consistent and comprehensive

As a content designer
I want to use the same filtering options from LGD within microsites
So I easily jump between the two platforms

Work to do:

• Review filters on LGD content and media views
• Review filters on equivalent microsite views
• Create a list of fixes

@willguv I believe this to be fixed in the latest version of localgov_microsites_group although it doesn't apply to existing sites automatically. I had to import the config manually.
