Issue with heading 6 in image caption section

Hi all. There is an issue with heading 6 in the image caption section, when it is displayed on the 'accent' background, see attached images. We are running version 10.45 but will be updating soon so apologies if this has already been raised/resolved. Please let me know if you need further info.

Hi @JoLacy1 to help narrow down this issue, in this instance is there something particular about heading 6 or is the same colour issue apparent with any heading level?

We probably need to look at use of headings in captions and their styling more broadly because we will be unlikely to encounter the nesting of levels h2 to h6 to maintain document structure and I assume text of h2 will be large https://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/page-structure/headings/
