chore: run dns check upon reconfiguring aws-profile (#51)

Run dns check upon reconfiguring aws-profile. This allows a user to
override the AWS profile named "localstack" with an endpoint_url that
works, if for some reason (e.g., DNS rebind protection activated)
localhost.localstack.cloud doesn't resolve to 127.0.0.1.
