Ideas of screencasts

• start_here(), first run without DESCRIPTION defaults, add them, re-run.

• Package creation, with GitHub + Travis.

• Demo of the styler pre-commit hook.

In practice the videos could all be embedded from an article (not a vignette) called videos.

@stephlocke if I ever make screencasts for starters where could I host them?

Fantastic. Not sure when I'll record them but I feel these things would be better explained with demos.
