File chaos and duplications, folder forest bigger then the vaul - i think a lot of users had deal with that mess.

It will be good to have a Gardener to analyze files and folders structure and suggest improvements.
Describe alternatives you've considered
It can be done even now by simple request, but i believe it can be done even better with customized tool for this purpose
Additional context
Better structure, better tagging and linking will make Obsidian workflow simpler
