copilot plus: Create new note changes special characters

Copilot version: 3.2.1
Model used: GPT 5.2 (In Project Mode). All Gemini Models fail.

Describe how to reproduce
Iam getting a perfectly formatted answer in the chat window. When I write in the Chat create a new note he formats the special characters and reformats the whole chat answer and then saves the new note. For example a "&" will be changed to "&"

Expected behavior
I dont want a reformatting or changes.

I was to stupid to see that I used composer who changed the spacial characters.
