FR: make controlled reactive

Hi!

I would like to propose a feature allowing controlled option to be reactive (or the whole opts parameter, similar to rules parameter of useForm)

Use case:
Imagine I have a form and I want to use controlled opt for a field to control whether this field should be validated or not.
But this field only needs to be validated if some toggle is on. This other toggle is also a field.

So it would be nice to be able to write something similar to:

// Vue setup body
const emailOptIn = useField<boolean>('emailOptIn')
const email = useField<string>(
  'email',
  yup.string().label('test').required(),
  {
    controlled: emailOptIn.value,
  }
)

// and later on
// const onSubmit = handleSubmit.withControlled(...)

Email field itself can even be hidden in html if emailOptIn is unchecked. So the idea is:

• if opt-in checkbox is checked, email field appears on screen and it has to follow all the rules.
• if opt-in checkbox is not checked, we don't care about email, it can be skipped completely, no validation is required
