Feature Request: Load at Offset Tail

Currently, the Load at Offset slider is relative to the start of the file. However, in most cases, you want to load the most recent data, not the oldest data. Therefore, it would be convenient to have a "Tail" checkbox on that screen, which if enabled, would load data relative to the end of the file. This would be more convenient than having to manually drag the slider to the end each time.
