Document Templates / Attributes, workflow module in CE 9.2.0/ Dashboard Tab

Hi folks! Greetings!

In the earlier CE 8.9.x, we had few features like templates and attributes where we could set attributes to a document template , workflow framework were present. But in the current edition 9.2.0, some of these features are found missing. Also unable to add document, submit button not working, only users tab available under dashboard main tab. Earlies CE we have user, tags, messages tab.. Are you guys are also experiencing the same..appreciate your feedbacks.. Adding screen shots from 8.9.1

Workflow is a commercial feature that never was available in the CE. The screenshot seems from an Enterprise Trial or perhaps a glitch in the GUI of 8.9.x made the Workflow screen to appear but in any case it is not funcitonal since the WF machinery is simply not available in GitHub.
