Spell checker is not disabled

What Happened?

I disabled the spell checker in the settings, but it is still marking every single word i write as wrong.

The spell checker assumes englisch, but i write in german. It does not make a difference when i set the app language to german.

Reproduce the Bug

0. have spell checker disabled
1. write german text. e.g. "Hier teste ich die Rechtschreibprüfung."

Expected Behavior

Disabling settings should really disable the feature.

This is still an issue in DB btw: logseq/db-test#823
