Enhance the metrics of the JDBC input

It would be good to keep track of the execution metrics of queries running with a JDBC input.
Example: min max average p99 p95 over the time the pipeline has run

It can be quite useful to identify "bad" queries which might exceed the planned scheduled time in the plugin settings.
