Registration invites

I'd like to offer friends to sign up for my services but don't want to expose the registration to the public. Something like registration invites, where I can send them a link to sign up, would be cool

I think you can create the accounts for your friends in the "Admin Console -> User management" with a generated random password. Then they can modify the password themselves after sign-in.

Let me know if this works for your case.

That's the workaround im currently using. But that means that I have to decide on username/email for them.
