loklak can't deploy on heroku.

Short description

• It's can't deploy on Heroku.
• First I tried with the default buildpack for deploy loklak on Heroku.
  

Then I got this

• As this article I change the buildpack. But the same thing happened.

I used this also as a buildpack URL - https://github.com/yukiisbored/heroku_buildpack_gradle_loklak
as this issue #1029
The work succeed. The viewable link also working.

But after a few seconds, it shows this message.

It's also couldn't deploy on docker as well.
