when try update, he just close modal but not update a new version

oh yes its a bug we will fix this in upcoming release ur already on 1.0

Just had the same happening, the modal announcing version 1.0.1 and then, shortly after version 1.0.2. Tapping install didn't do anything for both though.

@christianlsb @ubuntudroid I am currently workin on it but i am really confused why is the update not working we are using tauri update module so sorry for inconvenience in the 1.0.1 version i have moved this modal to a toast which wont be this irritating and by the end of the day i wil get this bug fixed but unfortunately the first release was set as 1.3.3 so even if u try to update it wont work i request bare this till the day end i will get it fixed u might have to reinstall all your data will still be secure so sorry for the inconvenience!!

I understand this is irritating so for now i have cleared the config for update api so no update dialogs will be shown to anyone @ubuntudroid @christianlsb can u check if u still see it please do let me know

I freshly downloaded version 1.0.1 from the releases page and it kinda worked (though in the app it told me to download the same version again for some reason).

Had to stop using it though because after a couple of clicks it would crash with a webkit error.

@ubuntudroid Can u tell me more about the error? and i believe if u do later once it wont send u notifications till next release
