[Feature] Add Hover Effects to Social Media Icons in Footer

Description:
The social media icons in the footer are currently static, making them look inactive. To improve user experience and interactivity, we can:

Add hover effects such that:

• Background color change (e.g., brand color of each platform).
• Icon color change (white icon on colored background).
• Scale-up / subtle zoom for a smooth animation.
• Shadow effect for a raised look.
• Use smooth transitions (0.2–0.3s) for polished animation.

This will make the footer more engaging and clearly signal to users that the icons are clickable links.
