Custom Registration Form

I want to Remove the Email Input from the Registration Page and set the Active Value to 0 for every registration. So admin of the system will confirm the registration and set the account to be active.

What I have done for now is:

1. I already disabled the $requireActivation = NULL

*NB: I already searched for email or the command to insert into the database, but I can't find email related.

any advice? thanks

So i just find the way to set active = 0 when new user register.
I change to deactive on this line
$this->config->requireActivation === null ? $user->deactivate() : $user->generateActivateHash();
