I started using alpine Ajax a couple of days ago but I noticed that it doesn't provide any tooling for SPAs as htmx does with the hx-get, hx-boost and hx-push-url.

I love it though. It's sleek but it's not fast like an SPA. Do you suggest I use x-target to fetch my site pages?

Yeah it's a shame that hx-boost doesn't exist with Alpine AJAX, but then again, I don't really want to reintroduce a SPA into my MPA :)

So instead I use https://instant.page, a small JS library which preloads pages when you hover links. And modern browsers already don't show a white flash between navigation any more (see https://developer.chrome.com/blog/paint-holding/). There's also css view transitions you can use.

So yeah I find that I don't really need hx-boost to turn my app into a "fake" SPA.
