ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'numpy' #6

Hi,
I'm trying to run your project on the mac.
After pip3 install -r requirements.txt
I got ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'numpy'

I checked the numpy installed.
Did you meet this problem before? Any ideas?
