Nightly Build-related Changes

Currently https://love2d.org/builds/ is not exposed on the main page. Also the nightly builds additionally should point to GitHub Actions too.

That page doesn't really have any relevant/working links anymore. IMO it should be removed - a link to the love repository's Github Actions page is a suitable replacement, but I don't have a strong opinion about including that on the front page or not. The github actions page is already mentioned in the readme file in the repository.
