Coverage reporting broken

The coverage reporting part of the nightly reports seems to be broken. The issue looks to be with DVSim itself rather than the nightly regression runner.

Just noticed the Coverage data is still in the JSON version of the reports. So it's a regression in the HTML report generation.

Given this is an issue of divergence between the JSON and HTML versions of the reports, and the source of the bug is not obvious. I'll aim to fix this bug as a side effect of completing #20. Which will mean that the HTML reports will be generated from the JSON version of the reports.
