When you add a comment/escalation/etc it should add them to the list #2

Currently you have to actually refresh the item or page to see the comment/... you just made. It does not matter for this demo per se, however I would like how to do that refresh when adding items as it's a common pattern, so it would be nice to have it working in the demo.
