Is this project still supported or EOL? (Additional plugins not working)

I tried to implement a new templated called wakatime.

I host it on my own server and it should have support to work with wakapi instead of wakatime.

I tried to get it working but I get a 403 api error.

Then I created an issue on wakapi github repo and the maintainer says this is probably a problem with the metrics plugin.

I've searched for current open issues and there I found tons of problems people are having with github actions.

I'm currently not sure if all the plugins are working or if many have reached EOL status and are not supported anymore.

I couldn't find a way to contact the owner, therefore I try to create this discussion here.

Here I would like to ask, if all the plugins currently should be working, or if the maintainer has no fun anymore providing support for this project?
