Click Save (invitation sent automatically)
Start a Telemedicine Session
Sidebar → Scheduling → Telemedicine tab
Find the scheduled session
Click Start Session (near appointment time)
Sidebar → Messages
Select conversation OR click New Conversation
Type message
Click Send
Convert a Lead to Patient
Sidebar → Leads
Find the lead
Click ✅ (Convert) icon
