Issue with Pyscaf Conda

Hi,

I ran the following command:

pyScaf -f assembly.fa -o pyscaf.scaffolding -t 64 --log pyscaf.log --dotplot png -n pacbio_reads.fasta

It blocks and I receive the output as in the image.
