Output to log

Hi,

I'm currently scaffolding an assembly with some Nanopore data, but it is somewhat difficult to figure out the status of this job. There is no output to a logfile or the screen, and no noticeable output to files in the last 6 days. 1) Is this normal? 2) Can future versions include this?

I literally have no recollection of running this program. Clearly I did, given this issue and the fact that I have slurm submission scripts for this program. Unfortunately, I deleted all output (including logs) in a quota-related purge.
