Initial setup checklist

• create an github:lrug/lrug repo with a README.md (@tomstuart)
• write readme.lrug.org: statement of intent / code of conduct / incident handling (@aanand, @h-lame, @tomstuart)
• write lrug.org/blog-post-announcing-the-readme (@h-lame?)
• set up lrug.org/team and find people to be part of it (@aanand?, @h-lame, @tomstuart?)
• set up xxx@lrug.org email addresses for people on lrug.org/team
• write an incident handling guide (as part of statement of intent / code of conduct / README?) (@aanand, @h-lame?, @tomstuart)
• send first draft to interested parties (people who said they'd like to help and people outside LRUG that know about this sort of thing)
• make lrug.org display a big prominent "here is our code of conduct" sign on pages (@h-lame)
• ask supporters to blog about it, tweet about it, visibly endorse it, give your own perspective on why it's important (@aanand, @h-lame, @tomstuart)

More concretely (since I don’t know where/how else to put these things), I’d like us to:

• turn the current outline/notes into an actual document among ourselves
• circulate that document privately among specific individuals who have experience in this area, and incorporate their feedback
• then throw this document out to the mailing list for general feedback, incorporating whatever seems obviously sensible (without getting bogged down in bikeshedding)
• then put it on lrug.org and ask people to endorse/promote it

@aanand, @tomstuart, @camilleldn - one of the things on the above check-list is to create a permanent page about the volunteer team. So, I'm going to create a page on lrug.org to cover this. lrug.org is a radiant install, so it won't happen here (as an aside I can give you all logins if you want them?). The page (http://lrug.org/team probably) will be a simple "Here are the people who help make LRUG happen" intro. I'd like to have name & contact details (much like the readme) along with the kinds of duties we all perform, but also a picture of your faces. I think the picture will help folk identify us should they need to speak to us about something. So, does anyone think that's a bad idea, and if not, mind me using their gravatar for their face? I'll use the emails listed on the readme to get them.

Also, I guess I'll label myself as organiser and you guys as ... "community team"/"volunteer team"/"incident handlers" ... ? What's a nice name for what you've agreed to do?
