Hello, I have installed the system platform and encountered a difficult problem. When using self-service password service, it always prompts "Unable to access LDAP directory service". How can I solve this problem

The following actions have been taken:

1. CentOS 7 (10.62.200.215) ldapsearch Windows AD is normal

2 window 2019 AD(10.62.200.211) ldp.exe ldaps://localhost:636 normal

3. Visit http://10.62.200.215/index.php When modifying the self-service password service, there will be a "Unable to access LDAP directory service" failure

As you enabled debug logs, check the logs to get LDAP error
