i dont use docker for wordpress project or mariadb on docker i use localy mariadb plz add optional use docker and database
and add port 443 and use https in nginx docker

You can just remove the db service from docker-compose.yml and change the wordpress environment settings in the same file (or the .env file) to connect to your local mariadb.

In regards to using HTTPS, it's not intended for running on the public web - it's a development tool. The overheads of setting up a local security certificate are overkill for a local dev project.
