WordPressify v0.4.0

🎁 A new major release simplifies WordPressify even further. Removes NodeJS as a global dependency, leaving Docker as the only main dependency. This allows WordPressify to run cross-platform without changing anything.

• Moves NodeJS from the developer's local machine into a VM - cleaner, safer, easier
• Remove a ton of un-needed Nginx conf settings
• No need for so many ENVs keys when they are only used in DockerCompose, so gone 🗑️
• DockerIgnore was added to make docker images smaller and therefore faster
• Removal of Windows vs Linux code differences - it's all in Docker now
• Removed all the {{variable}} rewriting & and all the .in files
• Removed Docker default-network setup... it's already there by "default" 🤷🏼
• Allow the Browsersync 3001 control panel to be accessible
