The engine will, in 5.15, register the /pulverize and /clearinv commands as needing the give privilege in order to use, see luanti-org/luanti #16526

The reason given is that in many games it doesn't make sense for players to be able to discard arbitrary items, for example in a puzzle game. However, MTG is not such a puzzle game. Please consider overriding these commands to either only require the interact privilege or none at all.
