Description
Implement a queue system that manages all demands: live streaming, downloading etc. If it's not my turn, I want my request to not be satisfied to not interrupt someone else streaming / downloading. I don't know yet how to manage that prioritization, maybe at the beginning, a simple first come first serve with a timeout will do the trick.
