Add animation to SortPicker Component

UI Enhancement Proposal

I propose introducing a dynamic animation for moving tabs to enhance the user interface, providing a more engaging experience. Additionally, a subtle gradient in various shades of yellow has been added to selected buttons, lending an elegant touch to the UI. Furthermore, a new hover state has been implemented, featuring a dashed border style for buttons when users hover over them.

To make this animation possible, I added new library called framer-motion. I know it sounds not good to add library for just minor animation. But I promise you to add more user friendly animation to make this website more pleasing and attractive.
