Feature Request: Support for Deepmind's Alphafold 3 checkpoints?

Hi Phil:

With DeepMind's recent open-source release of AlphaFold 3 (https://github.com/google-deepmind/alphafold3), would it be possible to integrate PyTorch-based inference and fine-tuning capabilities for Deepmind's AF3 checkpoints into this project?
This would greatly benefit users who prefer working with PyTorch and want to leverage AF3's capabilities within this framework.
