Upgrade to 2.3

Hello,

do you have plans to upgrade the this toll to work on Moodle 2.3? I've cloned your repository and tried to user the master branch but no success. First i got an invalid SQL query (the word "mod" used as table alias is a reserved function name in MySQL) and then i got some warnings about passing by reference and a missing "image_parser" parameter.

It should now work fine with MySQL and Moodle 2.3. Sorry, did not spot your question earlier, for some reason github did not send email notification.

Hello,

i am testing on the new 2.4 stable and the module is shown on the navigation block.
I can access the report and select a category.
If i select an category with no activites, i can see this error (but i can continue and back to category selection):

You should really redirect before you start page output

line 688 of /lib/outputrenderers.php: call to debugging()
line 2515 of /lib/weblib.php: call to core_renderer->redirect_message()
line 1081 of /report/loadtesting/index.php: call to redirect()

When i select a category with activities, the module correctly lists the activies and options, but when i selected all modules (two forums) with default options, i continue to see the error about image parser:

Notice: Undefined index: image_parser in /home/daniel/public_html/2moodle/report/loadtesting/index.php on line 891

And a repeating error:

Strict standards: Only variables should be passed by reference in /home/daniel/public_html/2moodle/report/loadtesting/index.php on line 38

Hell Daniel, thanks for report, I will look into this at some point soon. If you have a solution, feel free to suggest a patch and I will integrate it.
