support for tick speeds over 20 using /tick #556

Description

@TobiGoldfisch

Description

when using a /tick command for example using /tick sprint and then using /spark tps to read at what tick speed the game is runing, spark only tells that the tps is 20 while stopping the tick spring reveals that the tps for the duration of the sprint may have been more than double.

Reproduction Steps

  1. use /tick sprint 3d (can be any time period if long enough to test)
  2. maybe wait like a minute to get a more accurate reading
  3. use /spark tps

Expected Behaviour

/spark tps should tell the correct tps even if its over the standart 20 tps (maybe also tell what the current set tick speed is to find out if that is being reached in case you're not doing a tick sprint)

Extra Details

Image (I labeled this as a bug report because i thought reading the correct tps should be an intended feature but because this is a rarer use case it could also be considered a feature request)
