New firmware seems write efuse to the CPU?

I've tested two Carlinkit Autokit boards as following steps

1. Dump the SPI flash with HW Programmer, and write the flash dump to the SPI flash again, the board works well
2. Write the MX25L12835F_FW_20210306.bin with HW Programmer, the board works well
3. Write the original flash dump(dumped in step 1) to the SPI flash with HW Programmer, the board cannot boot anymore, with just the blue light on

It seems MX25L12835F_FW_20210306.bin has written some efuse value to the CPU, making the CPU not boot the old uboot
