CPC200-CP2A with factory fault?

Hi guys, some months ago I bought a CP2A but i can't be able to run in my car (HAVAL H6 2023). I tried on my brother's car and it works fine. It is really strange because It only works if i reset the device (via 192.168.50.2 or app AutoKit) but when i turn off my car and then turn on, the button to go to android auto or car play (CP2A HUD) does not appear and the device shows a purple light(!!!). I tried everything like edit the parameters on settings modifying Sync mode, changing delay time, and none of them works. I've already given up. What do you think? It is a manufacturing fault?
