nav(linked_list_in_place_reversal): Phase 8 - Update navigation files

- Add Linked List Reversal section to mkdocs.yml navigation
- Update docs/patterns/README.md:
  - Change LinkedListInPlaceReversal from "coming soon" to actual links
  - Reorder problems to 206, 92, 25 (base to advanced)
