Dear @Andreas-Piter Thank you for your attention. I used a total of three SAR images, each separated by one month, covering a total period of two months over a small area with the following coordinates: SNWE: 35.5073:35.5345, 51.3916:51.4248 I processed the data using ISCE2, followed by MiaplPy, which generated two input files for SARvey. An error occurs during the last command. Below, I provide the generated log files for further investigation: selected_pixels_temp_coh_0.9.png: step_1_arc_coherence_reduced.png: |

Dear @Andreas-Piter Thank you for your response. However, processing 30 images would be very large in size. In the ISCE2 step, it would be around 210 GB. Does the minimum number really have to be 30? For example, could errors also occur if I only use 12 images? |

Dear @Basin-Ir,
Thanks for sharing the detailed information. The problem seems to be the small image stack size. The velocity and DEM error cannot be reliably estimated from the data. A stack size of more than 30 images is usually suggested for PSI analysis. Please consider coregistering a larger stack.
Best, Andreas
