Need improve with the actual guide information with the steps

Suggested Documentation

Implement a documentation following the template in the folder doc/user-guides

Acceptance Criteria

There is need to be the user guide for:

• How create a new user
• How create a new queue
• How to add people to the queue
• How to call people of the queue
