I am evaluating different polling solutions for our towns soccer club. We need a tool for our coaches to poll their team members for dates when they can participate at soccer matches. We have around 20 teams with each about twenty matches per season (half year). My wife and I are game coordinators and one of our jobs is to support the coaches. We all are volunteering. So every little thing helps.

Our first goal is to create participation pollings for the entire season for each team. We then give each coach a link to the poll so they can distribute the link to their team members. The team members then can participate at the polling.

But to create 20x20 polls each season manually is a bit much. It would be much easier if we could import e.g. a csv file with dates, times and other informations into Rallly (or any other alternative) for each team.

Before I start forking Rallly and try to create the import functionality myself I wanted to ask, if such a function is on your road map?

After that our next goal would be, that the coaches have their own login to Rallly.

Hi @heikkiheer, based on your description, what you’re looking for is best described as a “sign-up sheet” rather than traditional meeting polls. This feature would allow you to list all matches for a team in one place, and let each team member "sign-up" for the matches that they are available. You may want to set a minimum or maximum number of participants for each game. You can either create a single sign-up sheet for the whole season or create one for each team.

We’re planning to implement this functionality in Rallly but no ETA yet on when it will be available.
