Show Sunday as start of the week in appropriate locales

Rallly's calendar uses Monday as the first day of the week.

This is a bit confusing because in most of North and South America, Sunday is the first day of the week.

It makes it hard to compare my personal calendar with Rallly's calendar because they're offset by one.

It would be helpful if Rallly checked the client's locale and showed Sunday as the first day of the week if they're using a locale where that's the convention.

Thanks @mtlynch, perhaps we can introduce a third English locale (en-US) where the start of the week is set to Sunday by default. I will consider this but in the meantime you should be able to change this from your account preferences
