Provide navigation links on Invite Page

Started using this for a couple months, and every time I send an invite to a group of friends who have access to make their own submissions or changes they are completely baffled how to get from an invite page to the home page to login.

Obviously for the more IT literate of us would simply modify the url in the address bar, but in seriousness this is a UX problem that is actually very simple to address.

Is this something that is on the roadmap or would you prefer a PR?

Hi @okbrown. Links to the login/sign up used to be prominently displayed on the invite page but they were removed since in theory participants shouldn't need to be logging in. I'll have a think about reintroducing this but can you shed some more light on your use case? I'd be curious to learn more about why your participants feel the need to login.
