[Discussion] Replace octocrab

Octocrab is quite a heavy dependency and takes up a substantial amount of compilation time as well. I think we should investigate into github_v3 or a lighter-weight crate instead for speed.

I wouldn't be opposed to not using GitHub APIs at all.

Can we collect what we currently use it for in this issue and discuss potential alternatives?

To my knowledge the only place it is ever used is in the lx new subcommand. Lux tries to see if the current git repository is associated with a github remote - if it is, it pulls down the repo's metadata like authors, description, homepage etc. to make the project creation experience smoother.
