What is the format of :Rocks update prompt tables?

Hi all,

I'm fairly new to Neovim in general, and Rocks in particular. So far it's quite a bit easier that Lazy, and I'm a big Rust/cargo fan, so this is working fantastic for me - so far.

I'm not sure what something like this means though:

These are printed after running :Rocks update. The tables I'm being prompted with seems to be (from version info) my sainnhe/sonokai colorscheme, mfussenegger/nvim-dap, neovim/nvim-lspconfig, and mason-org/mason.nvim from top to bottom. These are all git-based plugins using rocks-git.nvim (so apologies if this is in the wrong place, now that I think about it).

Why do these pop up? Can I turn them off, or preferably, format them to a more informative output?
