Disable footnotes on certain posts and post categories

We can add a URL exceptions box where users can add the URLS of the pages they want to exclude from being affected by the Footnotes Made Easy plugin.

For now, we'll be adding the option of excluding URLs only.

Usage Example:

Users can add URLs like:
