!Help to fix "cURL error 60"

cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://stats.lunarphp.io/api/insights

On any page :(

Local PHP 8.4 build error (Windows, no Apache) after upgrading to lunar@1.1 (the error was not present on the previous 1.0.x-dev). The PHP version and settings were unchanged.

https://curl.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html - there are only error codes here, without any instructions.

OK, so the simple solution would be to turn off the telemetry.

If you wanted to solve it, you probably need to update the computer so it's got the latest certificate authorities.

Didn't find telemetry docs.

But, how to do it correctly? Make call `\Lunar\Base\TelemetryService::optOut()?
