Add the possibility for a user to opt-out from receiving lunchbot messages #325
Description
Add an option to the user profile for users to choose if they want to be removed from the lunbot messages with two options
- no lunchbot messages and assume I am never attending lunch
- no lunchbot messages and assume I am always attending lunch and the preferred office
