Do not waste bottom two lines when viewing a commit or help #62
Description
In commit list view, the bottom two lines are reserved for a horizontal line and space for the search functionality. It might be nice to hide this until used?
In commit detail view, the bottom two lines are still reserved but apparently not used? Rather than leaving them blank, I would use them for the commit details (or move the commit details down leaving a little more of the tree visible at the top).
In help mode, again the bottom two lines are reserved but apparently not used. Given the need to scroll the help information, this is a waste.
